MSD400 Series High-Performance Silicone Foam

The MSD400 series of high-performance silicone foam is manufactured using advanced foreign foaming formulas and proprietary molding technology. The product features uniform foaming, a fine, lightweight foam structure, a smooth surface free of bubbles and pores, and consistent thickness. It can be produced in rolls or sheets of various thicknesses and widths.

The product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless. It offers excellent resilience, flexibility, and high strength, along with superior sealing performance, good insulation properties, and a long service life. It can withstand temperatures up to 200°C without deformation. Additionally, it features outstanding insulation and environmental performance, resistance to high and low temperatures, compression resistance, anti-aging properties, UV resistance, and a high flame retardancy rating.

Product Features

Excellent resistance to thermal air aging, UV radiation, and ozone, along with superior insulation properties and the ability to withstand extreme temperatures (remaining deformation-free between -55°C and 200°C), ensure that the material maintains stable performance in a wide range of environments.

Outstanding elasticity and minimal stress relaxation reduce maintenance costs associated with gasket failure caused by compression set and softening. Its unmatched resistance to compression set makes it widely used in the manufacture of various cushioning, sealing, dust-proof, moisture-proof, airtight, light-blocking, and vibration-isolating gaskets.

The dense cellular structure and unique formulation give the product strong sealing capabilities, effectively blocking fine particles and water ingress, with a dust and water resistance rating of IP68. It exhibits minimal changes and maintains stable performance and a long service life even when exposed to moisture, water, or temperature fluctuations.

Excellent flame retardancy meets the most stringent UL flame retardancy standards, achieving UL94-V0. The product is environmentally friendly, halogen-free, odorless, and non-toxic, complying with strict smoke and toxicity regulations.

The surface can be treated for adhesive backing. It can be laminated with various materials to create products with diverse properties, and is suitable for stamping into various sealing gaskets and shims with strict requirements.
