During driving, the power batter y pack will endure mechanical vibrations such as road bumps, acceleration/braking impacts. The batter y liquid cooling plate, as a rigid aluminum alloy structure, if directly in contact with the batter y pack box with a hard surface, during vibration, it may cause: fatigue cracking of the weld seam; deformation of the flow channel; wear and leakage of the liquid. To solve this problem, Xiongchi has designed a solution and launched the MSD400 series of silicone foam, which is specifically designed to provide long-lasting and reliable shock absor ption, filling, suppor t, and wear resistance for the liquid cooling plate.

High resilience and damping proper ties can provide excellent buffering, shock absor ption and mechanical protection, effectively absorbing impact energy and maintaining the integrity of the liquid cooling plate structure.
Excellent compression and deformation resistance performance, automatic filling of gaps, providing continuous pressure, playing roles such as tolerance compensation and maintaining contact pressure, thereby extending the ser vice life of the liquid cooling plate.
The weather resistance performance is excellent. It remains stable within the temperature range of -55℃ to 200℃, ensuring that the buffering function can still be maintained even under extreme temperatures.
The design offers a wide range of flexible thickness and hardness options, as well as back adhesive processing, to meet the usage requirements of different scenarios.
