The MSD400 series of silicone composite materials are specialized products designed and developed specifically for unique applications, backed by dedicated R&D capabilities. For example, ceramic-silicone composite tapes, ceramic-silicone foams, and PTFE-silicone foams maintain the inherent weather resistance, insulation, flame retardancy, and thermal insulation properties of silicone at temperatures below 200°C. When temperatures range between 600 and 1300°C, they rapidly undergo ceramicization to form a secondary layer of effective thermal insulation, electrical insulation, and fire protection. These materials are widely used in the power industry and in battery packs for new energy vehicles.
